I think this picture perfectly shows the relationship between my niece and my son. Four and a half years older, she is his protector, his teacher, sometimes his boss, but always his best friend.
I only take pictures of things I love. I'd love to be one of those photographers who can take pictures of anything and make it look beautiful and artistic, but I can't. My favorite pictures to take are of people that I know. I will take picture after picture until I capture their personality. That, to me, is a perfect picture. Pictures of things or places tend to be taken in places that I love. If it doesn't have some emotional meaning to me, it just doesn't come out as a good picture.
